Original art deserves original care. Every piece leaves Bangalore crated, insured and tracked — here is exactly how it works.
Shipping within India
- Dispatched from our Bangalore studio within 2–4 working days of purchase confirmation.
- Stretched canvases travel in custom wooden crates; framed works on paper ship flat in reinforced cases.
- Delivery in 10–15 working days to most pin codes, fully insured and trackable door to door.
- Shipping is complimentary within India on all works above ₹25,000.
International shipping
- We ship worldwide — recent deliveries include the UK, UAE, USA, Singapore and Australia.
- International orders travel crated and fully insured via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving in 14–25 days.
- The studio handles all export documentation, including the certificate of authenticity and invoice for customs.
- Import duties or taxes levied by your country are payable by the collector; we estimate them for you before you commit.
Returns & exchanges
- Original (non-commissioned) paintings may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding return shipping.
- Works must be returned in their original packaging and condition — keep the crate until you are sure.
- Custom commissions are non-returnable once the sketch is approved, since they are made to your brief.
- If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and artwork and message us within 48 hours — insurance covers a full replacement or refund.
How purchases work
- Greyha does not use online checkout. Every purchase is completed personally with the studio over WhatsApp or email.
- We confirm availability, share fresh photos or a video of the exact piece, and agree shipping before any payment.
- Payment is accepted via UPI or bank transfer within India, and international bank transfer or Wise for overseas collectors.
- A signed certificate of authenticity and care card accompany every artwork.
